Blanchard Farmers Market

Coffee and Cars for Ken

From 9:00AM to 2:00PM

Coffee and Cars For Ken Singleton will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the parking lots of Atwood's and Harbor Freight. There will be a car and truck show, hot dogs and drinks, games and activities for the family, live music with Tim Brauer and First Look and from Dallas, Texas recording artist Scott Sturgeon. The Oklahoma Blood Institute will also be have a blood drive and donors and let them know their donation is for Ken. Grand Assembly of God Church Easter Egg Hunt

From 11:00AM to 1:00PM

Grand Assembly of God Church in Chickasha will hold its annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 16th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the church at 102 East Almar Drive. It is free and open to the public. There will be 15,000 eggs available and there will be four age divisions: 0-3; 4-6; 7-9; and 10-12. There is an area specifically for special-needs children. Some top prizes to be awarded are a Nintendo gaming system, scooters, wagons, and tricycles. Food truck will be available. For information call 405-224-0968 or see their Facebook page.

Holy City of the Wichitas Easter Pageant

From 8:30PM to 11:30PM

The 97th Prince of Peace Easter Pageant will be held at 8:30 p.m. at the Holy City of the Wichitas. Admission is free and open to the public. The performance is outdoors so dress for the weather. Participants are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Coolers are welcome but no alcohol is allowed. For information visit the Holy City of the Wichitas Facebook page.
